Michael Tedder, Owner / Operator
Starting in 1980, Michael Tedder, owner and operator of Accent Flooring, began a 10 year partnership with his father in a family-owned flooring business. In 1990, he decided it was time to make his own mark on the flooring industry. It was then that Accent Flooring was born. He wanted to build a company that was founded on developing long-term, trusted relationships with his customers. To the point that he has even done the floors of the children and grandchildren of some of his original customers. Michael understands that each customer’s needs are different and “one size does not fit all”. He looks at flooring as a creative way for customers to express themselves, not only in beauty but in function. And anyone who knows Michael knows that he has a true passion for what he does. His expertise is second to none in the industry.
